At Indiaspare.com, we deal in genuine spare parts. Due to the technical nature and vehicle-specific compatibility of spare parts, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  2. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed, as spare parts are vehicle- and model-specific.
  3. To request cancellation, please contact our support team immediately with your order ID.

1.2 Cancellation by Indiaspare.com

We may cancel an order in the following situations:

  1. Part unavailable or discontinued
  2. Incorrect pricing or listing error
  3. Incomplete or incorrect delivery address
  4. Suspected fraudulent transaction

In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

2. Returns & Refunds

2.1 Eligible Returns

Returns or refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  1. Wrong part delivered (not matching the order)
  2. Manufacturing defect in the part
  3. Transit damage (damage during shipping)

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video evidence.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of auto spare parts, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  1. Parts ordered incorrectly by the customer (wrong model, variant, year, or engine type)
  2. Electrical, electronic, or sensor parts once installed or tested
  3. Parts that have been installed, used, altered, painted, or tampered with
  4. Consumables such as oils, lubricants, filters, gaskets, bulbs, brake pads, etc.
  5. Parts without original packaging, labels, seals, or invoice
  6. Special-order or customized parts

4. Compatibility Disclaimer

Customers are solely responsible for confirming:

  1. Vehicle model, variant, year, and engine type
  2. OEM part number or compatibility

Indiaspare.com will not be responsible for incorrect orders placed due to wrong vehicle details.

5. Refund Process

  1. Once the returned part is received and inspected, refunds will be initiated.
  2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
  3. Refund processing time: 7–10 working days after approval.

If the returned product fails inspection, the refund request may be rejected.

6. Shipping & Handling Charges

  1. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  2. In approved return cases (wrong or defective part), reverse pickup may be arranged by Indiaspare.com.
  3. If return is approved due to customer error, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

7. Damaged or Defective Parts

If you receive a damaged or defective spare part:

  1. Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share clear images/videos of the part, packaging, and invoice
  3. Do not install the part until verification is completed

After verification, replacement or refund will be processed as applicable.
