Description: - The mechanical synchronization of the Yamaha FZ V1 engine is the responsibility of the Camshaft Chain assembly. This system ensures that the valves open plus close at the exact moment required for efficient combustion. The Camshaft Assy 1 is driven by a high strength Chain that connects directly to the crankshaft. To keep this chain quiet plus accurate the Tensioner Assy Ca provides a constant plus automatic adjustment of the tension. Every component like the Guide Stopper 1 plus Guide Stopper 2 ensures that the chain travels along a smooth plus friction free path. For easier starting the Decompression Assy is integrated to temporarily reduce compression at low speeds. Every Bearing plus Plate is machined to extreme tolerances to ensure the timing remains perfect even at the redline. Using genuine timing parts is vital for engine health because any failure in this system can cause catastrophic internal damage. This is a clockwork system.
