Description: - Managing the immense torque of the Yamaha FZ V1 during starts plus gear changes is the job of the Clutch assembly. This multi plate system allows the rider to smoothly connect or disconnect the engine from the transmission. At the center of this unit the Boss Clutch holds the stack of Plate Friction plus metal plates. When the rider pulls the lever the Push Lever Assy initiates the separation of these plates to cut the power. Providing the necessary clamping force are the high tension Springs which ensure that there is no power loss during acceleration. Every component like the Plate Pressure 1 plus Rod Push 1 is designed for a light plus consistent feel at the handlebar. Authentic clutch kits are essential for preventing slipping plus ensuring a long life for the friction materials. This assembly is the gateway through which every bit of engine power must pass making it vital for the performance.
