Description: - The internal heart of the Yamaha FZ V1 engine is protected plus sealed by the Crankcase Cover 1 assembly. These outer shells are not only for aesthetics but serve as the primary containment for the vital engine oil. The Cover Crankcase 1 plus the matching Cover Crankcase 2 are precision cast to fit the engine block perfectly. Between these metal surfaces the Gasket Crankcase Cover 1 provides a high pressure seal to prevent any leaks. For the convenience of the rider the Plug Oil Level is integrated to allow for quick checks of the lubricant status without opening the engine. This assembly also includes the Cover Chain Case which protects the drive sprocket from road debris. Every Bolt Flange plus Pin Dowel ensures that the covers remain perfectly aligned for a lifetime of service. Authentic covers are finished in durable mat black to match the aggressive look of the FZ engine perfectly.
