Description: - Directional control plus stability on the Yamaha FZ V1 are managed by the precision engineering of the Steering assembly. This system is the pivot point where the intent of the rider is translated into the movement of the front wheel. The Crown Handle provides the upper mounting point for the handlebars while the Nut Crown secures the entire column to the frame. For a smooth plus effortless rotation the assembly utilizes high quality Ball Bearing sets housed within the retainer. These bearings are protected by the Cover Ball Race 2 to prevent any dirt or moisture from causing notches in the steering movement. Every Washer Special plus Bolt Flange is designed to maintain the perfect preload on the bearings for a stable ride. The Stay Headlight is also integrated into this assembly to ensure the illumination remains aligned with the steering. Using genuine steering parts is vital for safety because it ensures that the motorcycle remains responsive.
