Description: - The journey of power from the engine to the rear wheel of the Yamaha FZ V1 is managed by the intricate Transmission assembly. This group of gears plus shafts is responsible for converting engine torque into the appropriate speed for every riding situation. The Drive Axle Assy carries the various gear wheels including the Gear 2nd Wheel plus others that provide the five different ratios. At the end of this internal chain of power the Sprocket Drive(14t) transfers the rotation to the drive chain. Every gear is supported by high precision Bearings to minimize friction plus maximize efficiency. To keep the gears perfectly spaced the assembly utilizes various Washers plus Circlips that are built to exact tolerances. Authentic transmission parts are vital for ensuring a quiet plus smooth power delivery without any whining or vibration. This assembly is engineered to handle the punchy torque while providing the durability needed for traffic.
