It features the Starter clutch outer assy which house the locking rollers for the Wheel starter. The rotation is supported by a high precision Bearing designed for high speed operation. Every Washer plate plus Circlip ensures that the internal parts remain securely in place. The Gear two together with the Shaft one provide the reduction needed for effective cranking.
