Description: - The rotating heart of the Yamaha FZS V2 engine is the high strength Crankshaft Piston assembly converting power into motion. This system features the Crankshaft assy which translates the linear combustion energy into the mechanical rotation needed for the drive. The precision machined Piston std together with the Piston ring set ensures a perfect seal within the cylinder block. To reduce engine vibration, the assembly integrates a Bearing balancer together with a specific Weight for a smoother ride. Every Bearing plus Key woodruff ensures that these heavy components rotate with minimal friction for maximum power output. The Pin piston plus Piston pin lock hold the entire unit together under the extreme pressures of the combustion cycle. Authentic crankshaft parts are highly stressed plus built to survive millions of revolutions. This assembly is the source of the punchy torque plus smooth power delivery. Reliability defines it.
