This system features the Crankshaft assy which converts combustion energy into mechanical motion. The precision machined Piston together with the Piston ring set ensures a perfect seal within the cylinder. To reduce engine vibration the assembly integrates a Gear balancer set together with a specific Weight. Every Bearing plus Key woodruff ensures that these heavy components rotate with minimal friction for maximum power output. The Pin piston plus Piston pin lock hold the entire unit together under extreme pressures. Authentic crankshaft parts are highly stressed plus built to survive millions of revolutions. This assembly is the source of the punchy torque plus smooth power delivery of the motorcycle.
