Description: - The rotating heart of the Yamaha FZS V2 engine is the high strength Crankshaft Piston assembly. This system features the Crankshaft assy which converts combustion energy into mechanical motion. The precision machined Piston Std together with the Piston ring set ensures a perfect seal within the cylinder. To reduce engine vibration the assembly integrates a Bearing balancer together with a specific Weight. Every Bearing and Key woodruff ensures that these heavy components rotate with minimal friction for maximum power output. The Pin piston and Piston pin lock hold the entire unit together under extreme pressures. Authentic crankshaft parts are highly stressed and built to survive millions of revolutions. This assembly is the source of the punchy torque and smooth power delivery. Every Washer plate and specialized Collar is manufactured to strict factory standards.
